allive® SPRAY COATING

The product involves spray coating on a processed substrate,
and our entire process is automated.
We supply products optimized for desired performance
using paints directly developed according to customer requests.

  • SANDING

To enhance the physical properties of the coating, we spray Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3) onto the oven material to provide mechanical roughness. Depending on the particular substrate, we can provide various degrees of roughness to improve material adhesiveness.

  • PAD Printing

For products with curves and steps, we use a silicone pad to imprint ink from the recessed parts of the pad-printing cliché plate onto the product.
We guarantee uniform print quality by producing the cliché plates and using our self-developed ink.

  • Spray coating

This method involves using compressed air to atomize and spray the paint onto the substrate in a mist-like form. It's applicable to all types of paints, has good work efficiency, and is suitable for products with intricate designs or large areas, ensuring uniform coatings with minimal restrictions.

We supply the coatings optimized to customer needs, in terms of performance and color, using our self-developed paints.

  • Electrostatic liquid coating

This process involves charging spray-paint particles with static electricity to adhere the coating solution to the substrate. It results in a high deposition efficiency and a uniform coating. 。

  • Electrostatic Powder coating

This is a painting method that uses electricity. The substrate is charged, and then the powder paint is sprayed using a spray gun. This process adheres the paint to the target electrostatically. Similar to liquid electrostatic coating, it possesses high deposition efficiency and provides a uniform coating. Furthermore, it has excellent properties in terms of corrosion resistance, adhesiveness, and durability

  • DRYING & BAKING

This is the process in which the applied paint forms a film by being dried and cured at appropriate temperatures. Depending on the product type and the applied paint, we optimize the working conditions in-house to ensure that the best material properties are achieved.
